These terms outline the agreement for using Lunara's Edge SEO platform. They define the service scope, user obligations, and legal framework.
Last updated: February 2026
1. Scope of Service
Lunara provides technical, crawler-only SEO automation. Changes are applied exclusively to search engine crawler responses and do not alter the experience for human visitors. The service operates through DNS-level integration and a server-side write proxy.
2. No Guarantees
Lunara does not guarantee any specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Search engine behaviour is controlled by third parties and is outside the scope of this service.
3. User Responsibilities
The account holder is responsible for enabling Fix Mode, reviewing proposed fixes, and approving or rejecting changes. The accuracy of provided site information (domain, DNS records) is the user's responsibility.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of the service, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lunara and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, access to the service will cease and any applied crawler-level changes can be reversed by the user or will expire naturally.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law as permitted by the jurisdiction of the parties involved.
8. Contact
Contact support via in-app messaging for any questions regarding these terms.
